Tony Dickel is one of Hong Kong’s most experienced and highly credentialed Executive Coaches, Coach trainers, ‘soft-skill’ trainers, and mindfulness trainers with 10+ years experience as a coach and 30+ years Board-level leadership experience across a wide range of business sectors including Finance, Consulting, Luxury Goods, and Human Resources. As an entrepreneur, he is responsible for the successful start-up, incubation and exit of eight businesses since 1998.
Craig McKenzie is an experienced and creative international coach, coach educator, instructional designer, coaching supervisor, and organisational leader dedicated to creating the conditions for success and facilitating excellence in individuals, organisations, and teams. A reflective learner and highly adaptive individual characterised by wisdom gained from experience, suffering, and innovation.
Tony Dickel and Craig McKenzie developed approaches to coaching and coach education in the crucible of the fast-past evolving multicultural context of Hong Kong and Greater China. Their passion is focused on helping leaders and individuals develop the capacity to adapt and create the conditions for genuine success and well-being.
