This session will demonstrate a systematic approach to integrating mindfulness and coaching to enhance both the depth and rate of change for clients seeking to change their mindsets.

Don’t let the technical title and description scare you. This highly practical session will help you understand:

  • How the integration of evidence -based mindfulness practice supports deep change
  • How a skillful exploration of Mental Effectiveness through the 4 Balances: Conative, Attentional, Emotional, and Cognitive co-creates a highly relevant Well Formed Transformational Goal
  • How the cultivation of essential core mental qualities enables insight and learning and accesses and activates previously unavailable resources
  • How to help clients become more resourceful in moments of choice

Our approach has been developed and is supported by cutting edge research and neuroscience.
