He will explore the rise of the coach bot across these industries and the impact they’ve had on organisations, individuals and coaches to date. Tom will also introduce Saberr’s team coaching bot, called CoachBot, he’ll share lessons learned through the creation and launch of the bot, how it’s being used and the improvements teams and coaches have seen as a result of using the bot. Finally we’ll look to the future. What are the implications of artificial intelligence, how should we using bots ethically and where is the right balance between digital and human coaching.
