More and more coaches use an energetic framework to intervene, as well as related techniques when needed. Supervising energetic coaching or energy practitioners requires reviewing a number of supervision’s basics, that is, going beyond merely advising or evaluating a posteriori the relevance of the action, or simply judging because of ‘fear’ of the unknown.
How to consciously stimulate and elevate an energetic awareness if it is not considered a true specificity, an effective skill, falling within the field of acceptability by the supervisor? How to decipher and understand a discourse that relates the invisible, the immaterial, the non-perceptible, and a feeling that is not “commonly” shared. How to give structure to an essentially intangible practice? This session will address both theory and practice.
