This session will be of specific interest to corporate HR professionals and programme managers of organisational coaching and/or mentoring programmes.
The session will consist of a panel of EMCC Global Internal Coaching Circle members and Özlem Sarıoğlu as the facilitator of the EMCC Global Circle. The panel will be facilitated by EMCC Global Vice-president Development, Stephen Murphy, and will address questions such as:
Özlem Sarıoğlu is an EMCC Global for Development with a specific focus on Coaching and Mentoring Circles. Özlem is the co-founder of Sparkus Platform, which combines AI-Assisted Digital Self-Reflective Coaching and Human Interaction to scale coaching services to a larger population. Here book ‘World Voices in a Polarized World: Applications of Voice Dialogue Principles to Teams, Organizations and World Affairs’ was been published in 2019. She started her career as a tax consultant in PwC, where she also coached professionals both as a manager and a mentor. She has been a professional coach since 2007, supporting high achiever professionals for their cutting-edge development and has more than 1,500 hours of coaching experience.
Stephen Murphy is the EMCC Global Vice-president for Development. Stephen is a professional coach and mentor and is accredited with EMCC at Master Practitioner level (EIA) and also EMCC accredited as a coach/mentor supervisor (ESIA). He has a multi-cultural and multi-functional background. British, living in Poland, with a 30+year corporate career spanning P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola Bottlers, and PZ Cussons; on-the-ground in UK, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia, and Poland; with assignments in Sales, Marketing, and Country/Regional General Management. He currently coaches and mentors in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, with multi-sector senior business leaders, individually and in teams, towards greater self-awareness and operational impact.
