During 2017 and 2018, the EMCC Global Coaching Supervision Competence framework was updated and a new version was published in June 2019. The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the revised EMCC Global Coaching Supervision Competence Framework and apply it to a coaching supervision demonstration. The audience will use the competences to review the example of supervision they have observed. This workshop will also be an opportunity to learn about the full range of supervision offerings that are available with EMCC.
Tom Battye is the EMCC Global Supervision WorkGroup leader as well as the EMCC Global ESQA (Supervision Training Course Accreditation) WorkGroup leader. He is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Master Practitioner level (EIA) and EMCC Accredited Supervisor (ESIA). Tom is a coach, team coach, supervisor, and organisational consultant with 20 years international experience working with individuals and teams. He has a background as a professional expedition leader, responsible for leading treks and managing projects in developing countries. Over the past 20 years he has led over 50 expeditions and has recently returned from Costa Rica (March 2020) where he was working on a project to assist regenerate part of the rainforest.
Dr Damian Goldvarg has thirty years of experience providing executive coaching, leadership training, and facilitation in over fifty countries. He received his PhD in Organisational Psychology from Alliant University. He is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level (EIA) and EMCC Accredited Supervisor (ESIA) and facilitates virtual certifications in Professional Coaching, Mentor Coaching, and Coaching Supervision worldwide. The Goldvarg Consulting Group is an EMCC Accredited Supervision training provider. He was the 2013-2014 ICF Global President. Damian has published three books on coaching and several book chapters. In 2018 he received the Circle of Distinction award from ICF for his global contribution to the coaching profession and in 2019 the EMCC Global Supervision Award.
