This session will provide an overview of the EMCC Global International Standards in Mentoring and Coaching Programmes accreditation.

Participants will understand the process, requirements, and support provided by the EMCC Global accreditation team to support their programme development and accreditation.

The presenters will outline their experience of working with MSF (Doctors Without Borders) and the Royal New Zealand Airforce.

Bio

Dr Julie Haddock-Millar is an Associate Professor of HRM at Middlesex University Business School (UK), Visiting Professor at the International University of Monaco, EMCC UK Executive Board joint Professional Development Director, and EMCC Global WorkGroup leader for the International Standards in Mentoring and Coaching Programmes (ISMCP) for EMCC. She is EMCC accredited at Senior Practitioner level.

Dr Chandana Sanyal is a Senior Lecturer of Human Resource Management and Development at Middlesex University Business School (UK), a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Higher Education Academy. Chandana is a coach-mentor and holds an Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from CIPD. She is a EMCC UK Executive Board joint Professional Development Director and EMCC Global WorkGroup leader for European Individual Accreditation (EIA).  She is EMCC accredited at Practitioner level.

Claire Lea is an independent executive coach and consultant. A former corporate lawyer, she works mainly with partners, directors, and high potentials in professional service firms, life sciences, and tech organisations. She is an EMCC Global assessor and EMCC Global volunteer. She is EMCC accredited at Senior Practitioner level.

Julie, Chandana, and Claire have worked with a number of organisations, groups, and individuals to accredit their practice. They are also currently supporting the development of EMCC Global Team Coaching accreditation.
